On the downside, noise from the street was quite disturbing at night! Also, the limited variety of dining options nearby could be a downside for those seeking culinary adventures.

However, the reception service was disappointing, marked by rudeness and poor communication, impacting the overall experience. The breakfast setup was less than satisfactory due to a noticeable presence of flies and bugs around the food.

Recommend it for families looking for a good time

The family suite where we stayed was huge, felt like we were in a small apartment. Just steps from the pool, we spent hours lounging there, while the kids played happily, making friends. The breakfast buffet offered so many options each day. I never ran out of choices.

I enjoyed my stay at Coconut Village Resort. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Patong Beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a nice variety each morning, and the pool bar served refreshing drinks. However, there were some issues. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming. their attitude felt a bit cold during check-in and check-out. I faced a problem with bugs in the bed, which was quite unpleasant. I reported it, but the response lacked empathy. Additionally, noise from the main road was noticeable, especially at night. Even with these downsides, I still found my stay enjoyable due to the great location and decent amenities.

We had a fantastic stay with five kids! The outdoor pool was perfect for family fun, and the staff helped us explore the nearby food night market, just a short walk away. The breakfast selection was a hit with the entire family, keeping everyone's energy up for our adventures.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower pressure needs improvement. Also, the lack of family-friendly amenities could be better.

Just a good match for a weekend adventure in Patong with definitely value for money. The location was great, close to beach and markets. Carry earplugs for the noise from traffic.

We had an amazing stay! The pool area where we spent most of our time was absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast offered so many delicious choices that catered to everyone. Plus, the food at the cafe was excellent, which made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy Patong.
